Recommended size: 0.5 size up. I usually wear size 23.5-24.0cm, but I was able to wear size 37 (24.0) perfectly.
The size 36.5 (23.5) was tight on the rubber part of the instep, so if you have a high instep, we recommend going up 0.5 to 1 size from your usual size.
There is no tightness in the toes and the rubber on the instep fits well, making it very easy to walk in.
