Since overseas authorized dealers place orders directly with each brand, there is absolutely no chance that products of unknown authenticity will be mixed in.
Since these are genuine products, maintenance may be available at domestic directly managed stores depending on the brand. Conditions and support vary depending on the brand, so please contact us for details.

About Shipping

- Orders confirmed by 2pm on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. *We do not ship on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, etc.).
- Shipping company
- We will ship your order via Sagawa Express, Japan Post, or Yamato Transport. *We cannot accept requests to specify a shipping company.

- We carry a variety of brands, and even products with the same displayed size may vary greatly depending on the brand and design.
- About individual differences
- Since these are overseas products, there may be individual differences between products, and there may be an error (dimensional tolerance) of approximately 2 to 3 cm depending on the measurement method.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
- Please note that we are unable to accept your request due to the nature of the products we handle. *Some products are eligible for exchange. Please check the product page for eligible products. *Reasons such as "it's different from what I expected" or "the size doesn't fit" are at the customer's discretion.
- In case of defective products
- In the unlikely event that a product is defective or damaged during delivery, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. *We cannot accept returns if the product has been used or is missing any accessories such as the box or tags.
- Cancelling your order
- We will accept your order until we receive the order confirmation email (thank you email). Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the product has been packed and shipped.
- Long-term absence/
Refusal to receive - If the product is returned, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
