I usually wear size 23.0cm, but this item was a size 36.5 and fit perfectly.
The ankle strap provides a secure hold, so I didn't have to worry about them slipping off even though I went up 0.5 sizes.
The instep is narrow, so if you have wide feet/high insteps we recommend going up one size.
(My usual size is 23.5-24.0cm/wide and high arch staff found size 38 to be a perfect fit.)
