[Worn size: 35.5]
Recommended size: As usual or 0.5 size down. I usually wear size 36, but this was just right when I wore size 35.5.
We recommend wearing your usual size or going down 0.5 sizes.
The insole fits the arch of the foot, making it easy to wear and less tiring even when worn for long periods of time.
In addition, the straps on the toe and instep are made with Velcro, so even people with high insteps can adjust the width to suit their needs.
It also has a firm hold.
