I usually wear 24.5-25.0cm, but size 38 was just right for me.
So I recommend true to size or 0.5 size up.
If you want to wear them with socks, 0.5 size up is especially recommended.
Both straps are adjustable,
So even those with wide feet or high insteps can wear them comfortably, and they offer a secure fit.
Staff B (normally 22.5cm / standard width, standard instep)

Recommended size: True to size to 0.5 size up
When I tried them on with socks, they were a perfect fit.
The instep strap is adjustable, so you can wear them comfortably barefoot,
