[Size worn: 37/37.5] Recommended size: Regular size to half a size up I usually wear size 23.5-24.0cm, and tried wearing sizes 37 and 37.5 with thin socks. The instep is a little narrow, so I have wide feet and the size 37.5 was just right for me, Overall, there wasn't much difference between the two sizes, so if you have standard instep, choose your usual size. For those with wide feet or high insteps, we recommend going up half a size. The pants have a side gore, so even though my calves are quite thick, I was able to wear them without feeling cramped.
