- Overseas customers are required to complete their purchase via our logistics partner Buyee.

About Sizing
- Size Variations
- We carry a wide range of brands, and the actual fit may vary significantly even for items labeled with the same size. Please refer to the detailed measurements listed on each product page.
- Measurement Tolerance
- Due to overseas production standards, there may be a measurement tolerance of approximately 2–3 cm depending on the item and measuring method.
- Size Consultation

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Returns Due to Customer Preference
- Due to the nature of luxury goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “different from what I imagined” or “the size does not fit.”
- Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective item or damage caused during delivery, please contact Buyee within 3 days of receiving the package to request a return or exchange. *We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or are missing accessories such as boxes or tags.
- Order Cancellation
- Cancellations are accepted only before shipping preparation begins. Once packing and shipment processing have started, orders cannot be canceled.
- Refusal to Receive / Unclaimed Packages
- If a package is returned due to refusal to receive or long-term absence, round-trip shipping costs and related fees will be charged to the customer.
