      Is the product new and authentic?
  • All products sold in our shop are parallel imports and are genuine and brand new.
    Please rest assured that we take full responsibility for our guarantee.
    1. Why is the price so low?
  • We have direct contracts with official Italian brand agents, and by purchasing in bulk at once we are able to reduce logistics costs and middleman margins, allowing us to sell to our customers at great prices.
    1. Will the item arrive by tomorrow?
  • Orders placed by 12:00 will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
    For areas eligible for next-day delivery, we will deliver as soon as the next day.
    In addition, we can deliver products to areas not eligible for next-day delivery within 1-3 days.
    Delivery will be handled by Japan Post, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express.
    1. Do you have proof of purchase?
  • Regarding proof of purchase, the products sold in this shop are imported directly from the brands or authorized dealers, without any intermediaries, so all products are definitely genuine. However, in order to protect our suppliers, we do not provide a service of sending you a receipt at the time of purchase.
    We purchase from authorized dealers in order to offer our customers more attractive prices, but due to contractual restrictions we are not permitted to disclose our supply routes.
    1. Returns and Exchanges
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience due to the nature of the products we handle.
    Please feel free to contact us by email or phone if you have any questions before purchasing.

    *We offer a size exchange service for outerwear only*
    Size exchanges are only available for outerwear (excluding MONCLER).
    If the size you want is sold out, we will replace it with another product. (We do not accept returns.)
    If you would like to exchange the size, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

About products and inventory

      Is the product new and authentic?
  • All the products we currently handle are brand new and authentic. We guarantee them with responsibility and confidence.
    Please rest assured that we do not sell or display any illegal products such as second-hand items, copies, fakes or counterfeit products.
    1. Do you have proof of purchase?
  • Regarding proof of purchase, the products sold in this shop are imported directly from the brands or authorized dealers, without any intermediaries, so all products are definitely genuine.     1. About product size notation
  • We actually measure our products and post the measurements on each page.
    Please note that there may be an error of about ±2-3cm depending on the product's construction (individual differences) and measurement method.

    1. About accessories
  • Anything that comes with the product when you purchase it will be included with the product. Some products may not come with a box or storage bag, so please check the product page for details on accessories. In addition, the accessories may differ from those in domestic direct stores. Since this is an imported product, there may be scratches or dirt on the box or tag, but this is not a manufacturing defect. We appreciate your understanding.
    1. Regarding product shortages and restocks
  • The products listed on our shop are sold simultaneously at multiple stores. Therefore, in rare cases, at the time of your order, the product may be sold out at other stores and may be out of stock. Thank you for your understanding.
    The restocking date may not be decided yet. If you register for a restocking notification, you will be notified on the Rakuten Ichiba homepage under [Notice] (Restock Notification) when the item is restocked.

    1. Is gift wrapping available?
  • Free gift wrapping is available for all products.
    We also offer gift wrapping for a fee (550 yen including tax).
    *However, orders cannot be placed for categories that are not eligible for paid wrapping (outerwear, hats, bags).
    1. Is it possible to reserve?
  • We do not reserve products. As products are sold simultaneously at multiple stores, they may be sold out.
    1. Can I try on or buy directly?
  • Our store is operated exclusively online and does not have a physical store. Therefore, you cannot try on products or purchase directly. The address listed is our sales office, so you cannot visit the store.
    1. Warning about malicious sites
  • There have been many imitation websites using our name and listing our location, contact information, etc.
    We ask our customers to be careful of shopping on fake websites that pretend to be ours.

    The product will be reserved for you at the time of your order.
